The short version
HomeValueTools is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no signups, and no forms that collect personal information. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter are never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers.
Calculator inputs
All calculations (home prices, incomes, debts, rents, and any other figures you enter) are performed client-side using JavaScript in your browser. This data never leaves your device through our website, and we have no ability to see it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We may also use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
The calculators do not require cookies to function. If analytics or embedded services set cookies in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
If you contact us by email, we receive your address and message and use them only to respond. We don't add you to mailing lists or share your address.
